Armen Abrahamian
CLTC, CSA, CIC
Armen Abrahamian, CLTC, CSA, CIC, started the company in 1995. Since that time, he has helped many individuals and families prepare for the challenges that arise as the result of a long-term care illness. Along with his wife Mary Ellen, he has had firsthand experience with these challenges, dealing with the extended illnesses of all four of their parents.
Armen is passionate about taking the time to patiently educate his clients so they can make the decision that best serves their interests. His goal is to earn his clients’ ongoing trust by working with the highest degree of integrity and personalized service that creates client peace of mind. His significant experience and analytical background have earned him the respect of his clients and colleagues.
Armen is a nationally recognized leader in the field of long-term care and is often called upon by legal, accounting and financial professionals to assist clients who require long-term care planning. He teaches continuing professional education (CPE) classes to CPA's and accounting practitioners and he has the unique distinction of being selected by leading corporations, associations and government bodies to offer long term care solutions to their employees and members.
Armen holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College, and prior to starting in the long-term care field, worked in the aircraft and aerospace industries.
He is involved with several Christian ministries, serves on the Board of his church, and is an accomplished musician. He and his wife Mary Ellen have been married for over 30 years and they love their adult children…Emily and Michael.

Jeanine Civitelli
Office Administrator
Jeanine is an important and valued employee at Long-Term Care Insurance, LLC. She joined our team in 2011 and has been the front line of our organization. She goes out of her way to provide assistance to our clients and colleagues. Jeanine facilitates all the required administrative functions for our clients and provides support to our agents on numerous levels. She works with various insurance companies, assisting with underwriting, work-flow and post issue. She also creates quarterly newsletters for financial professionals, as well as potential prospects and is responsible for several financial responsibilities in the office.
Jeanine graduated from Albertus Magnus with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years and 16 yr. old son. She also likes reading, gardening, and boating. Jeanine holds a first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and enjoys training with her son.
Mary Ellen Abrahamian
Claims Specialist
Mary Ellen Abrahamian has been with Long Term Care Insurance for over 20 years and specializes in customer service, client care coordination and claims. She is a professional liaison working with insurance carriers, clients, and their families to help guide them through the process of going on claim when needed. Through the years, she has successfully helped many clients navigate the claims process, assisting them in securing quality care while obtaining payment from the insurance carrier.
Mary Ellen attended North Branford High School, Stone School of Business and South Central/Gateway Community College. She resides in North Haven with her husband Armen. They have two grown children and a soon to be daughter-in-law. Mary Ellen enjoys entertaining, shopping, cooking, movies, and dancing.
